Booking Policies

—No deposit required to book.

—If cancelled less than 24 hrs before your appointment or you no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the service total.

—There is a 10-minute grace period.

—After 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.

—After 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled and your card will be charged 50% of the service.

—If you're late often or do not respect the time policy, future bookings may not be accepted.

—You may reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your appointment time.

—Cancellations or failure to reschedule within the 24hr window — your card on file will be charged 50% of the service.

—No-call/no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service total and may be restricted from booking in the future.

—Good news — I do travel!

—$20 base travel fee for up to the first 10 miles, then $1 per additional mile.

—Travel fee + $20 deposit must be paid upfront.

—Location must have good lighting, clean environment, space, and available parking.

—Same late rules apply: 10 mins = $15 fee | 15 mins = cancelled + deposit forfeited.

—If the location is unsafe or you're not present when I arrive, the appointment is cancelled with no refund.

—Remaining balance is cash preferred.

—I accept Cash, Apple Pay, and Tap.

—Card/tap payments may have a small processing fee.

—No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.

—This keeps the environment calm, clean, and focused.

—Please arrive with bare nails unless you booked a soak off.

—I don't work over anybody else's work unless you don't mind what may come with it — your nails might not last as long, etc.

—Failure to book a soak-off may shorten your service time, resulting in you having to rebook for the original service.

—All services are non-refundable.

—If you experience any issues, contact me within 48 hours for an assessment and/or potential fix.

—If you are sick, stay home. Take care of yourself, get well, and book another time.

—If you have open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions, I may decline the service for safety reasons.

I value your time, and I ask the same in return. I grew up on — respect goes a long way, and to whom much is given, much is required. These policies are in place to maintain professionalism, fairness, and the quality of your experience.
